Our founder is Ingrid Murray, one of the original founding team behind Britain’s 1st comparison site, Confused.com, and later CEO of Ninah, the 1st business to use algorithmic models to create sales response curves from varying advertising budgets, which she used to increase return on investment for global brands like Mars and Toyota.

Originally intending to angel invest, Ingrid saw the opportunity to use her funds, comparison platform experience and skills in business auditing and return on investment modelling, to build a platform that made it easier for promising businesses to evidence funding suitability, secure capital and so make a bigger impact on success rates.

We interviewed more than 250 people in the startup community in early 2024. Founders. Angel Investors. Family Offices. Venture Capital, and heard loud and clear that the startup funding process was broken from all sides. Founders don’t have a clear path to funding. Investors spend more time sourcing and screening than they want to, and less getting to know which of the fundable founders they want to invest in. 

The Fundfast team is a multi-national mix of founders and investors, driven to improve the startup funding process with Ingrid. Our goal is to make sourcing growth capital so much more efficient - to support faster innovation and stronger economic growth in the ecosystems that adopt Fundfast.
